The Divergent Discs 3-disc starter set is designed specifically for new disc golf players or existing players with slower arm speed. The discs are easy to throw with a basic putter, a basic mid-range, and a driver that can handle a little more power while beginners learn to combine distance with accuracy. The discs come in quality plastic and last longer than many other beginner sets on the market.
Cheap, domey plastic that you can throw but feels like a dollar store bargain bin lunch tray. I can not stress how cheap the MaxGrip plastic feels compared to similar brands that advertise "premium" plastic. You are far better off buying Innova DX or even Yikun, these discs are literally garbage in comparison.
Well worth the purchase if you want to dip your toes into disc golf. They are good enough that I am now hooked with the sport
Colors are bright so easy to find when kids throw into the woods. Lots of fun
I've heard a lot about Divergent Discs and I was not disappointed. The plastic is higher quality than the other discs I own and they're easy to throw for a beginner. The Leviathan mid-range has become my favorite disc. The first time I used I made the longest putt of my life. I'm very happy with this set.
I'm new to disc golf, and figured this would be a cheap and easy way to get started. They're easy to throw and I can actually play the game now!
