Shipping policy

We ship within one business day, and usually the same business day. We may fall behind during peak season.

We take holidays and weekends off.

After we have shipped, we make no guarantees that the carriers delivery estimates will be on time. About 1% of orders get delayed, so if you want to ensure your order arrives in time for a special occasion, order well in advance! We suggest 14 days to give plenty of breathing room. In rare cases, packages take longer than 31 days or get lost. We work with the carrier to get all of our money back when they have lost something or delayed it indefinitely.

Delays & Backstock

At times we may not be able to fulfill your order due to backstock. We do our best not to have backstock, but if an item gets damaged and we cannot ship it, it may cause a variance in our actual stock. We will contact you if that occurs.

We Reserve The Right to Cancel Your Order

Occasionally, our system might inadvertently miscalculate the costs associated with your purchase. In some instances, the calculated cost of goods presented to you during the checkout process could significantly deviate from the actual expenses we incur to dispatch your order. This scenario is especially noticeable in cases where shipping estimates are substantially lower than the true shipping expenses. As an illustrative example, shipments to destinations like Hawaii might exhibit a quoted shipping cost of $25, whereas the factual expenditure for us to ship the item amounts to $60.

Should the adjusted shipping cost not align with your preferences or practical feasibility, we understand that canceling the order might become a consideration, or we may request the additional difference. We don't do this lightly but we also run on slim margins and can't afford to take losses when the estimates were off. The cornerstone of this policy lies in safeguarding the viability of our business while continuing to serve you effectively.
