About the Doomsday Discs Solar Death Ray

The Solar Death Ray by Doomsday Discs is a one-of-a-kind fairway driver that features flight rings on the top of the flight plate. Those grooves provide an extra grip and unique texture when holding and releasing the disc. It has a neutral flight that will take the path upon which the thrower releases it, providing some understable turn before a nearly equal end-fade. Though the Solar Death Ray will do your bidding on the disc golf course, it may likely signal the destruction of modern civilization as we know it.

Survival plastic is a blend in the Prepper Line of discs by Doomsday Discs. It is a premium blend with great grip and a shiny finish and should last through the coming apocalypse.

It looked great, but I don’t like the feel and flight for my throwing style.. just trying to get a feel for it after a 20 year break..

The SDR is a nice straight flying 7 speed with small fade at the end of it's flight for my moderate forehand arm speed. Plastic has a nice feel and is durable. Well done Doomsday.
